Made from high-quality 3 mm thick aluminum alloy tubing 25 mm in diameter, Crosspro crash bars protect the fuel tank, fairings and vital mechanical components of your bike during non-vertical moments. TripleClamp staffers, among the world's most merciless and clumsy off-road motorcyclists, have violently tested them and found their performance far superior to steel. This is down to Crosspro's low mass and proprietary manufacturing and design prowess.
High-strength heat-treated aluminum
Chosen for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and natural corrosion resistance, aluminum tubes are cold-drawn to consistent wall thickness, then precision-cut using CNC machining to reach exact dimensional tolerances for a flush, cuss-free fitment specific to every bike model.
Perfectly bent
Bends are formed through a process in which a steel mandrel rod is inserted into the tube during shaping to prevent kinking or wall collapse, preserving structural integrity through every curve. Finished tubes are then TIG-welded by hand, producing cleaner, stronger and more controlled welds than MIG or robotic processes. This matters most in areas where bar meets mounting brackets meets your local boulder garden.
Mounting plates that mean business
All mounting plates and hardware are laser-cut from 3 mm steel plate, with threaded inserts machined in-house for direct bolt-on installation on your machine's factory mount points. A durable powder coat finish ensures stone chip and UV resistance from the most forbidden desert trails to mountain tracks. Best of all, Crosspro crash bars are typically under 1.2 kg per set — keeping centre of gravity low and adventure high.
