Worse still are collisions with solid rock or large stones in narrow off-road passages. To protect the exposed header pipes and the crossover pipe that connects both header pipes beneath the engine, we recommend our DAKAR header pipe guard. It comprises three custom-fit stainless steel protectors – two for the header pipes and one for the crossover pipe. The distinctive guard follows the curvature of the header pipes.
