Cold, clammy, or wet hands are unpleasant, just like stone chips, road dirt of any kind, or insects hitting at high speeds. With our integrated handguard extension, we significantly increase the protection area of the original protectors: in height, in width, and we also lead it around the hand to the end of the handlebar. You can't get more protection, but that much protection should already be there. With these measures, we significantly improve the protective efficiency. We have provided the upper edge for water drainage with an outwardly projecting collar, which directs spray water outwards and lets it drain off to the side.
With cold, clammy, and wet hands and gloves, the controls cannot be operated safely. With soaked gloves, the convection of the riding wind provides even more heat dissipation. Cramps can easily develop, where relaxed driving is no longer conceivable. But only those who drive relaxed because they feel comfortable can drive safely. Therefore, in addition to protection against wind, weather, and mechanical influences, our handguard extensions ensure more passive safety!
