TripleClamp Moto Inc. Return and Exchange Policy
Items in undamaged and unused condition, in original packaging, may be returned for refund or exchange. TripleClamp Moto Inc. must be contacted within 14 days of receipt for a Return Authorization. Items marked as Final Sale may not be returned for refund or exchange. All tires are Final Sale and may not be returned for refund or exchange.
PLEASE CONTACT email@example.com FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. Please include your order number when requesting a return authorization. Please note that any requests for returns submitted past 7 days are at the sole discretion of TripleClamp Moto Inc. and could be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
When returning items, please keep your tracking information for your records as your proof of shipment of the return. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection by TripleClamp Moto Inc. Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your item at our fulfillment centre for processing and for the refund to be posted to your account.
TripleClamp Moto Inc. will not be liable for any returns received that do not comply with our Return Policy.
Special Ordered Items
All special ordered items are Final Sale unless expressly stated by TripleClamp Moto Inc.
Subject to item availability, and in accordance with our Return Policy, items purchased from TripleClamp Moto Inc. may be exchanged. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org for exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your order.
With the exception of defective or incorrectly shipped items, shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all applicable shipping fees. If requesting a return shipping label from TripleClamp Moto Inc, the customer will be advised of and responsible for the cost of shipping.
